To upload messages on hold do the following
Open audacity and import the file/files, down the bottom left set the project rate to 8000hz
goto file, export , export audio.
set “save as type” to other uncompressed files, set the header to WAV (Microsoft) and the encoding to “A-Law”
login to the phone system and click the Maintenance tab.
click MOH management on the left hand side bar, select MOH Upload
Rename the wav you exported to 1.wav
set first, select the file and upload it.
Goto the Administration tab, select CO line data on the left hand side bar then select Common Attributes.
enter your CO range.
Under CO line MOH select Internal/External Music1
tick the box and save.
test it thats it good job.
